Resources
Welcome to the Resources section of Hope’s Companion, where we are committed to empowering churches, pastors, and ministry leaders with tools and best practices for trauma-informed ministry.
Our Journey in Resource Development
At Hope’s Companion, we believe in providing high-quality, insightful, and practical resources to support your journey in trauma-informed ministry.
- Hope’s Companion Blog — launching in August 2024, we will offer posts from pastors, clinicians and subject matter experts on addressing trauma within Christian ministry. This resource will provide practical guidance, expert opinions, and supportive strategies for ministry leaders and pastors. Dive into this blog for transformative insights on integrating compassionate, trauma-informed care in your spiritual community
- Print Resources — As a new organization, our team is currently in the process of carefully developing a range of resources in trauma and trauma-responsive ministry practices. We are also developing a blog that will help continue the conversation about best practices in ministry. While we are diligently working to bring these to you, our resource page is still under construction.
We understand the importance of having access to valuable information and tools in your ministry work. That’s why we want to keep you informed and engaged even as our own materials are being prepared.
External Resources
In the meantime, we are pleased to share a curated list of external resources that align with our mission and values.
Please note: The following resources are external and have not been produced by Hope’s Companion though some include members of our team. We share these as a service to our community, but they do not necessarily reflect the full scope or approach of our upcoming original content.
